As your Certified Personal Trainer, Rudy's job goes far beyond demonstrating exercises, correcting form, and counting reps. It’s his honor and privilege to meet each client at his or her own personal fitness level. Based on your fitness assessment, specific needs and fitness goals, he'll develop a custom plan designed to maximize your ongoing success.
 

Rudy Peters specialize in helping those who are trying to become more active and fit as well as those recovering from injuries. His plans are not one-size-fits-all and he promise to offer a dynamic program that addresses your concerns and meets your individual needs.

What are the main benefits of working with a personal trainer? 

Working with a certified personal trainer gives you access to an expert in fitness assessment and exercise selection. Rudy will correct exercise technique to avoid faulty movement patterns, and to provide support and motivation to achieve your goals.

 

What occurs during my first personal training session?

The first training session includes a review of your health history, as well as assessing your current fitness level, needs and goals.

 

How long is each personal training session?

Personal training sessions are 50 minutes.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Peters Fitness currently accept three forms of payment:  cash, check or Venmo.
