In-Home Personal Training
Enjoy the benefit of a gym while enjoying the comfort and privacy of your own home. In-home personal training sessions are perfect for those who don’t have the time or desire to drive to a gym. Workout can be conducted indoors or outdoors.
Online Personal Training
Online personal training is an amazing option for those who are short on time, located out of town, or those who prefer virtual services. These sessions are exactly like my in-home personal training sessions, but conducted remotely with online meeting software such as Zoom and FaceTime. My clients like the effectiveness and flexibility of these virtual training sessions when they go out of town.
Personal training can be conducted at In-home or at Preston Center Personal Training. Rudy has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. He understands that each client has different needs and goals. A customized exercise program will be designed after completing a health history questionnaire, learning about your past exercise history and past injuries, and completing a thorough fitness assessment.
Post Rehab FItness
The post rehab fitness exercise program is available for individuals who have been released from physical therapy, chiropractic, or medical care. The goal of the post rehab fitness program is to develop a safe and effective exercise program to improve your overall function. Rudy can communicate with your healthcare provider to ensure that your exercise program meets your specific needs.
Golf fitness is targeted to those golfers who want to improve their body to play better and to help prevent injuries. The golf exercise program focuses on improving mobility, stability, strength and power. I’m happy to communicate with your golf instructor to make sure our training sessions translate to your game on the course. Rudy has been playing golf for several years, and he enjoys playing golf on most weekends.
Tennis fitness is great for improving playing skills and improved physical fitness while playing tennis. This type of targeted training will help with injury prevention as well. Tennis training with me will help you improve your agility, strength, and increased power on the tennis court. Rudy played high school and college tennis, and he taught tennis for several years.
Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus such as the Pilates reformer, Cadillac, Pilates chair and the ladder barrel to train the whole body as an integrated whole. Pilates exercises focuses on the core, lower and upper body strength, flexibility and posture. The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1920s. Pilates is suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level, age, or any other factor.
